| Interfloweronline Affiliate Scheme Terms & ConditionsBy applying to become an Interfloweronline Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree to them. 1. Enrollment in the Programme In completing the signup form, you will become a Interfloweronline Affiliate (subject to acceptance*) and are bound by the terms of this Agreement. You will participate in the Affiliate Scheme for the purpose of advertising our website through legal means and to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals. 2. Acceptance onto the Scheme Your application to join the Interfloweronline Affiliate Scheme will be approved in good faith on the condition that your web site is wholly suitable for the Scheme. Unsuitable sites include those that:
All sites will be reviewed on a regular basis and should it be determined (at our sole discretion) that your site is no longer suitable for the Affiliate Scheme, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or withdraw your membership of the Scheme immediately and without notice. 3. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your Affiliate Application and status in the Scheme may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
(Note: You may include links to our site in as part of a regular email newsletter or similar to your own clients on the condition that such marketing features your own branding and your clients have not opted-out of such activities). 3. Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities4. Violation of intellectual property rights. 4. Affiliate Links You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate for the Scheme according to the conditions set out in point 3 (above). If creating your own links please contact Interfloweronline with details so we can supply you with the relevant code this will ensure you still qualify for commission (links not supplied by Interfloweronline will not contain tracking information and as such any sales that derive from these links will not be tracked therefore commission will not be paid.) Use of copyright material is permitted only for the purpose of promoting www.interfloweronline.co.uk under the terms of this Agreement. Images and text shall remain the copyright of Interfloweronline and must not be used for any other purpose without written permission. If you choose to use time sensitive marketing material (specific products, prices or seasonal promotions) you must maintain your links so that the information displayed on your site is correct at all times. 5. Affiliate Tracking When a visitor to your site clicks through your Affiliate Link, a cookie is set in their browser that links them to your Affiliate Account. When that visitor makes a purchase at www.interfloweronline.co.uk, the script will look for this cookie to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your Affiliate Link may make a purchase later in time (up to 12 months after the initial visit) and the commission will still be awarded providing the cookie is present in their browser. Once a visitor referred from your site becomes a customer of Interfloweronline, all future purchases that they make during the cookie life span will be linked to your Affiliate Account so you will continue to earn commission on those purchases without them needing to continue to click through from your site each time they shop. 6. Qualifying Purchases For a product sale to be eligible for commission the customer must click-through using the unique link provided to you from your site to our site and must not currently be an affiliate of another Affiliate Scheme member. We will only pay commission on orders after payment and shipping have been confirmed , as per our normal Terms and Conditions of sale. You have full responsibility for ensuring that your unique links are set up correctly, if unsure please contact our affiliate team via webmaster@interfloweronline.co.uk as we will not be responsible for any sales that do not track correctly. 7. Order Processing We reserve the right to reject orders placed by customers referred from your site that do not comply with our normal Terms and Conditions of sale or any other requirements we may establish periodically. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfilment. 8. Commission Payment Commission will be paid monthly by cheque and is paid at the rate of 10%. Please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the end of the month with any change of payment details. Commission is paid approximately 15 days after the month. Payments are made for accounts more than £10 in credit, lower amounts will be rolled over to the next billing quarter. 9. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your application to join the Affiliate Scheme and will end when your Affiliate Account is terminated. The terms of this Agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, you must immediately terminate your Affiliate Account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. This agreement is subject to UK laws only. 10. Pay per click advertising We place no restrictions on keyword usage. By applying to become an Interfloweronline Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions, understand, and agree to them. *We aim to confirm acceptance within 3 days of the initial application after reviewing the suitability of your website, once accepted you will be sent an email confirming your login and password (can be changed in account manager) as well as HTML code for our advertising banners. |
